About Me

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. I have been painting for over twenty years. I love nature and my work tends toward the organic and the vibrant, with heavy colorful brush strokes.

My pieces are a contemporary spin on classic folk art of the past centuries.

I enjoy creating what I call "colorscapes." The body of my work shows my inclination towards diverse, abstract and representational oils. I try to make all of my work accessible to the viewer. My style is natural, thus fulfilling all of the rules of art. At least I think so.
